Grief Educator/Counseling

Will walk with you through your journey to accept and cope with the loss you may be experiencing. Will provide a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space where you are free to explore your feelings and emotions associated with your grief, assist you as you work to develop insight and strategies to manage your grief moving forward.

Also provide individual therapy for depression, anxiety, anger, trauma, self-empowerment, self-improvement, etc.

Individual counseling for issues related to grief, loss, trauma, life transitions, and general mental health needs including anxiety and depression.  EMDR certified.  Certified Grief Educator.
