My goal in therapy is to create a partnership—a space where we journey together toward greater awareness, self-compassion, and lasting change. My approach is holistic, trauma-sensitive, and integrative, drawing on multiple evidence-based practices.

Throughout my clinical work and life experiences, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from diverse racial, gender, cultural, and sexual identities. I offer online individual therapy to adults living anywhere in California.

I currently provide family and individual consultations, workshops and support groups associated with grief and loss.  I provide most of my services virtually and am available to do home visits and work with individuals to locate space for requested workshops and support groups.  In addition to my work as a grief educator, I provide mental health counseling to adults struggling with anxiety, depression, job stress, grief and the impacts of traumatic events. I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Compassion-Focused approaches in my work with individuals seeking therapy services.  I have extensive experience directing programs in community-based mental health settings. I  have an appreciation for the importance of providing care that considers the whole person and is culturally sensitive.
