I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been in this profession for over 14 years. My experience has been working with children, teens, and adults from different socioeconomic backgrounds and ethnicities. I feel passionate about providing support to help navigate imposter syndrome, first-generation challenges, stress management, work-life balance, and career issues. I have extensive experience working with clients facing grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, and parenting. I specialize in providing culturally competent and solution-focused psychotherapy. I am also a certified yoga teacher and I implement yoga with my clients.

I offer individual therapy for children, adolescents and adults.  I also offer family therapy, one-on-one grief support, and parenting support.  My services are currently virtual but if you are open to services in nature we can meet in person.

Hello, I am a psychotherapist in private practice in the state of California, where I offer telehealth and in-person services. I specialize in maternal mental health, infertility, and grief and loss. Through my work with individuals and families, as well as my own experiences with grief, I know how it can impact the trajectory of one’s life. Grief can also be an isolating experience, but it does not have to be this way. In my practice, I hold a safe and sacred space for all of those affected by grief especially those who have experienced infertility, pregnancy loss, and child loss. My goal in therapy is to create a partnership—a space where we journey together toward greater awareness, self-compassion, and lasting change. My approach is holistic, trauma-sensitive, and integrative, drawing on multiple evidence-based practices.

Throughout my clinical work and life experiences, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from diverse racial, gender, cultural, and sexual identities. My practice welcomes individuals of all backgrounds, religions, ages, and abilities. Being human is challenging and none of us are meant to navigate it alone. I’m here to help.
