I specialize in working with men who struggle with anxiety, relationship issues, and grif challenges. Many men face difficulties in expressing their emotions, managing stress, or navigating intimacy and communication in their relationships, which can lead to feelings of isolation, frustration, or insecurity. I provide a non-judgmental space where men can explore their emotions, break free from societal expectations, and develop healthier coping strategies. Through my trauma-informed and evidence-based approach, I help men build emotional resilience, improve their relationships, and lead more fulfilling lives.

I am a licensed therapist with over 15 years experience.  I approach my work with clients from a trauma-informed perspective and bring a strong sense of compassion that is rooted in the belief that everyone’s pain is valid.  

I work extensively with grief and all of the complex emotions that can come up around any kind of loss or unwanted change.  Grief is a deeply personal and unique experience for everyone.  I work to help my clients feel seen and supported in their grief journey and never judged to be further along or somewhere other than exactly where they are.  

I specialize in helping my clients to understand and repair childhood wounds, heal from narcissistic parents and partners, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, grief, recovering from perfectionism and parenting.  A large focus of my practice is helping my client’s to develop self-compassion to better understand themselves, their reactions and their relationships.  I work to help people form a kinder and more loving relationship with themselves and to let go of self-criticism and move towards a place of love and self-acceptance.
