In my practice you will find a comfortable and supportive atmosphere to reach your therapeutic goals. I provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy.
I am a Certified Grief Educator and am committed to providing the highest level of grief support through education, experience, and insights into the often unacknowledged rocky terrain of grief.
Another area of specialty is with persons struggling with eating disorders. The complex nature of eating disorders is best met with a holistic approach and willingness to collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists and dietitians. I have worked extensively with these professionals. I believe full recovery is possible.
I am passionate about helping individuals process grief, explore challenges, and experience personal growth in a safe and nurturing environment. My ultimate goal is to help you take that next step toward eliminating whatever obstacles prevent you from engaging in your own life.

I specialize in helping teens and adults heal from trauma and loss. We all experience loss in both small and large ways. It may be a death of a loved one, a divorce, a job loss, or maybe a move, but these changes can throw us into a state of disequilibrium and can feel overwhelming. Sometimes we even become stuck, unable to move forward in positive ways. I provide a warm, person-centered approach to therapy and together we can begin the healing process and help you rediscover what brings meaning to your life.
I also have experience in counseling individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, stress, family conflict, adjustment, identity, and relationship issues. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Associate Clinical Counselor (APCC), a Certified Grief Counseling Specialist, and am in the process of completing my Certification in Traumatic Stress Studies. I am currently providing these services through Telehealth therapy. Telehealth services are provided through HIPAA compliant video conferencing.
