I am available to support people navigating their grief journeys through both in-person and online counseling sessions. Having experienced my own traumatic and personal losses has led me to want to serve others in grief, and guide in the understanding that grieving is about connection, not closure. I can personally relate to your grief around sibling and parent loss, loss from suicide, loss from cancer and pet loss.

Grief does not always revolve around a death. Losses that affect our daily lives can include dissolving a marriage, losing a job, or the anticipatory anxiety of the passing of our elderly parents. My goal is to meet each client where they are on their grief journey, provide an open heart, and walk alongside them.  This is my way of turning pain into purpose.

My name is Dr. Nancy Anderson. I am a California licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 30 years of experience.

The “Writing is Healing” books I have written facilitate whole person integration and intimacy with God.

I provide a non-judgmental space where men can explore their emotions, break free from societal expectations, and develop healthier coping strategies. Through my trauma-informed and evidence-based approach, I help men build emotional resilience, improve their relationships, and lead more fulfilling lives.
