I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) as well as Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) and Chemical Dependency Professional (CDP). I maintain national certifications in related regards. I have more than 10 years of professional experience working with adult clients and caregivers. Focus has included the challenges of chronic illness and end-of-life as well as on the challenges of grieving trauma, trauma related to personal grieving and related changes in health, relationships, life roles and stages, work, and perspectives. My clinical approaches are Eye Moment Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as well as Psychodrama.
Drawing from the tool box of my professional skills, experience, and education, my work with you will always be focused on and personalized to your evolving needs in grieving. I am eager to meet you virtually. All interactions will occur online. Let’s get started!

I work with kids, adults, and families working through various forms of emotional pain, including grief, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and trauma. I strive to create a space where people can feel safe to share their grief, at their pace.
Along with the other Grief Educators, who have completed David Kessler’s training, we are here to hold hope until you feel ready to find it again.
