After losing my mum at the age of 20, I found myself navigating grief alone. Now, I want to be the person I needed at that time and help others through the same. Grief can feel lonely but you don’t have to go through it alone. I am currently working on my coaching certification and will graduate in August.
Creator of Mo Chroi Collective (means “my heart” in Irish Gaelic) which is a space to feel safe and support while healing.
