I am a loving, optimistic and heartbroken bereaved parent. Since 2018, I have been navigating grief as a result of losing a child. One step at a time I have managed to rise through the pain and face each day. I have been a bereaved parent since 2008 when we lost our 18yr old son, a tragic, shattering loss we never thought could happen to us.
