I offer counseling services to individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and trauma issues. I provide non-judgmental support and understanding. I believe in meeting clients where they are on their emotional journey while maintaining a safe place in which the client can challenge themselves. Each client’s needs and goals require an individual approach, which I accommodate through the integration of psychodynamic, solution-focused, multicultural and person-centered approaches while using interventions of CBT and mindfulness. My therapeutic style is active and engaged. I provide clients with empowering tools to become self-efficient in society, relationships, work and life.
