I am a certified Grief Educator, having completed the 12-Week Grief Educator Certification through Grief.com. I support individuals and groups navigating the complex terrain of loss, with particular experience in traumatic grief. I am also a certified professional coach (PCC) with an extensive experience in helping people reach their potential professionally and personally.

For the past four years, I have worked with suicide loss survivors through the Distress Centre’s of Greater Toronto, facilitating support groups and providing one-to-one support. Walking alongside individuals and families after suicide has shaped my understanding of how layered, isolating, and complicated grief can be. My work is grounded in compassion, safety, and deep respect for each person’s unique grieving process.

While my specialty is supporting suicide survivors, I also work with individuals grieving other forms of loss — including sudden death, illness, complicated family dynamics, and other life-altering transitions. Grief is not something to “fix.” It is something to witness, honor, and integrate.

My approach combines education, emotional processing, and practical tools to help clients:

• Understand the nature of grief and traumatic loss

• Reduce isolation and shame

• Develop healthy coping strategies

• Rebuild meaning and connection over time

Whether in a group setting or through one-on-one support, I create a space where people can speak openly, feel understood, and move forward at their own pace.

Grief & Personal Growth Coaching

I work at the intersection of grief and personal growth. Trained and certified under Tony Robbins, I’ve spent years understanding how our beliefs shape our reality—and how loss can completely upend that system.

What I do is help people rebuild. Not by moving on, but by changing the way we think about the meaning of life after loss. I help you identify the beliefs that might be keeping you stuck—about grief, about identity, about what’s “allowed” to come next—and guide you in creating something new that actually feels real.

I bring deep empathy to this work, but I also bring boldness. I’m an expert in helping people create a new sense of self—a future vision that feels alive and grounded—while still keeping the connection to the person they lost.

As a proud member of the LGBTQ community and an advocate for those whose love and loss are often unseen, I make sure there’s room for your whole story. You don’t have to leave any part of yourself—or your person—behind.
