I offer 1:1 sessions and group sessions.

As a multi award winning strategic hypnotherapist, mind coach, reiki healer, psychic-medium and intuitive development teacher and mentor, I incorporate a mind/body/spirit approach, covering the emotional impact as well as the physical and spiritual facets of grief, whenever needed.

I have also started a quaterly virtual death cafe!

I have personally experienced five difficult losses:

My father died  of cancer when I was 9 and I only started grieving when I turned 35. And that loss affected my whole child and adult life!

My soulmate who died of cancer when I was 27 years old only.

And I lost three close friends who died by suicide.

So I have ‘lived experience’ of how it feels to be a bereaved daughter, partner and friend.

In addition to the death of a loved on, the losses that I help people with include divorce, job loss, career change, moving, empty-nesting & more. Grief coaching packages range from 3-12 months.

As a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist, I offer structured grief recovery coaching packages using an educational & evidence-based action program that helps people address unresolved grief through a step-by-step process. These programs include The Grief Recovery Handbook as a guide, 1-on-1 & group support, weekly check-ins & journaling prompts. Grief Recovery coaching packages range from 4-6 weeks.

Offering virtual individual and group support; in-person group speaking and leading workshops.

Extensive background in grief experience related to cancer and Alzheimer’s disease, trauma, infertility, and brain injury issues.
