I am a Certified Life and Grief Coach/Educator and owner of https://ToughGrief.com

From a teaching background, I trained and worked as a Professional Counsellor for several years before pivoting to become a Master Cerfied Life Coach a number of years ago. But it was the tragic and unexpected loss of my dearly loved husband in late 2016, that changed my world abruptly.

Out of my pain and suffering emerged the desire and the passion to create a safe space for people to find refuge and solace in their grieving. It completely changed the direction and focus of my life moving forward.

I do what I do now to honour my loss and my loved one.

People often ask me why I am so passionate about working with those going though grief and loss. I always have a simple answer for them.

It is because I have been where they are and I know the intense and crippling pain that consumes the grief stricken. I’ve experienced the shipwreck of loss and I understand how paralysing it can be, My heart has been shattered and the agony of grief has felt like it could swallow me whole at times.

However I also believe that things can improve and hope and purpose can be restored. Loss and grief are unavoidable, but we can choose how we live and to make the most of each day.

I offer my online and in person coaching services with a willing hert and a desire to help. It will be my honor and privilege to help you reassemble your life and regain hope for the future. Allow yourself permission to heal your pain:)

I offer 1:1 and group support for those grieving a suicide loss, with a focus on emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and creating safe spaces for expression and connection. My services are available both online and in person.

As a certified Grief Educator by world-renowned renowned grief expert and my mentor David Kessler, I specialize in, helping individuals navigate the difficult process of grieving after a loss. As someone who has experienced loss myself, I understand firsthand how overwhelming and confusing it can feel. That’s why I am passionate about providing a safe and supportive space for my clients to work through their emotions, develop coping strategies, and find a path forward.

My approach is grounded in empathy, compassion, and non-judgment. I believe that everyone’s grief journey is unique and that there is no “right” way to grieve. My goal is to meet my clients where they are and support them in finding the tools and resources that work best for them.

Whether you are struggling with the loss of a loved one, a significant life change, or any other type of grief, I am here to offer guidance with my unique program “Grief and its 6 needs” and community to Heal Together(HTC) as you navigate this difficult terrain. Annabelle has been an entrepreneur for over 20 years.  She has worked with small business owners who have trusted her with their financial well being for several decades.  Now, Annabelle is being entrusted with providing kind and tender grief support for bereaved widows, mothers, and children.   That trust is also extended to emotional and spiritual well being as a Miracle-Minded Coach.  She is bringing her lived experiences of grief and loss to the coaching community.  She believes that the pain and suffering that comes out of grief and loss is just another story we add to who we think we are.  Join her in getting unstuck from the habits and negative talk from the past, and living the most purposeful life intended for you.  She is a mom of three daughters and  “Lola” to three granddaughters.
