I am available to work 1:1 or with the family to support conscious end of life dying.

I am available for 1:1 or group grief education.  I have experienced loss by suicide and would be honored offer guidance through this.

I am open to discussing other special forms of grief that may or may not include loss of life.  Some examples are grief of letting go of a relationship, grief of letting go of a job, grief of letting go of a lifestyle.  This list goes on, and I will honor, witness, and hold space for any grief has found you.

I bring extensive experience helping individuals to enhance their physical well-being and lead fulfilling lives. By aligning the mind, body, and heart, one can fully express their true essence and enjoy meaningful connections with others as they navigate the challenges of life.

I provide guidance through safe and effective evidence-based methods, utilizing HeartMath techniques along with my knowledge of nervous system regulation and body-based exercises to promote healing and wholeness for my clients.

I offer one on one Coaching Sessions to help those in Grief move through the pain of loss and create joy in their lives.

I work one-on-one online only or via in-person groups. I have worked as a grief coach and educator since 2020, developing the Restorative Grief model of integration to support holistic client healing heart, mind, body, and spirit.

My coaching style is client-driven without a set program or expectations, lasting as few or as many sessions as we agree are appropriate. The style of each session is up to you.

Sessions last 50-55 minutes and include a brief wrap-up email afterward. The hope is for you to stay present and soft during the session itself, reconnecting with any established targets afterward via email.

Hello, I am a certified Hedo-coach and grief educator.

I offer online individual and group support, as well a individual and group support in person in Mauritius, and I speak English and French.

I am the Co-founder and Director of « La Maison des Etoiles ». Our mission is to provide support and help to any individual, family and /or Community to allieviate grief and assist in the grieving process but also to support professionals, associations and other educational or charitable institutions which provide assistance to individuals, families, groups and communities dealing with grief and mourning. We aim to  act as an umbrella institution, in connection with grief and and loss of a dear person in Mauritius and in the Indian Ocean region, and to create awareness for better understanding, knowledge, assistance and welfare in the country with regards to grief, bereavement and loss.
