Susie Pitts, CMA, CGE is a grief and loss practitioner who has dedicated her life to being present to those that are suffering from grief and loss and the hangover of anxiety and depression. “After 26 years of working in the hospice care industry, I have learned there are no time limits to this thing we call grief. Finding balance with your fears, resentments, and the memory of our loved ones can help us find the peace we seek”. Susie will walk with you on your grief path, listen to understand and witness your pain so you can express your feelings and release burdens of guilt, freeing yourself from old wounds to eventually integrate pain with love so you can find meaning in your life. Susie will provide mindful techniques like breathwork, meditation, gratitude markers, journal exercises, and other self-care methods that can help restore balance to your life. It is not that time heals our wounds; rather, it is what happens OVER time that helps to heal us. I offer compassionate support and practical tools to help individuals navigate the deep and complex journey of grief. Whether you’re facing the loss of a loved one, a major life transition, or simply feeling the weight of emotional pain, I’m here to support you with care and understanding. While I’m honored to walk alongside anyone experiencing loss, my heart is especially attuned to those coping with twin loss. This includes twinless twins, family members of twins, those grieving a twin lost in utero, and mothers mourning a twin during pregnancy or at birth.

In times of loss, people often seek ways to ease the emotional weight they carry. For some, alcohol becomes a way to numb the pain—but rather than soothing, it can delay healing and leave grief unresolved. If you’re beginning to question your relationship with alcohol and feel it may be impacting your well-being, know this: you don’t have to face it alone. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to explore healing and rediscover balance—for anyone struggling with the overuse of alcohol.
