I employ a holistic, integrative, spiritually supportive approach where clients are met with unconditional positive regard, focused listening, and deep empathy. In my trauma-informed and grief-informed practice, clients experience a safe space from which to move forward at their pace. I foster healing and growth experiences that honor and serve each unique grief journey.

In November 2022, I tragically lost my sweet son, Alex, at the age of 33 to suicide. The weight of grief pulled me back into a dark spiral of depression and hopelessness, exacerbated by the social stigma surrounding mental illness-related deaths. I now specialize in supporting bereaved parents, suicide loss survivors, and parents grieving the loss of an adult child (and grandchildren) to estrangement.

As a seasoned executive, corporate change leader, and certified executive and team coach, I specialize in helping organizations strategically prepare for and compassionately navigate the impacts of change, grief, and loss in the workplace.

Drawing from 25+ years of experience and evidence-based frameworks such as ADKAR, Being First, Kotter, Kübler-Ross, and others, I provide customized services to cultivate conscious and emotionally intelligent leadership to address both employee well-being and organizational success.

I offer my personal experience and training as a certified grief educator, life & grief coaching experience, energy practitioner, licensed holistic massage therapist, and years of integrating my loss from sudden death from suicide loss and death caused by an accident. Among client losses of stillbirths to working with clients whose children were murdered and many suicide loss survivors.

 Grief coaching is about having conversations about love. It would be my honor to hear from you and hear about your loss.
