After my son died unexpectedly almost 10 years ago, I spent several years heart broken, overwhelmed and disoriented by daily life. I struggled to navigate all of the new challenges that come after losing a loved one. Things began to change for me when I got the right support, guidance and tools.
Because of how difficult and confusing my own personal experience was with navigating grief and finding support, I have made it my life’s work to help encourage, support and guide others who’ve experienced loss.
