As a Certified Grief Educator, Complementary Therapist and Meditation tutor I am able to provide a range of Grief Wellbeing, and support services to adults who have experienced a recent, or past bereavement. The  support I provide is for anyone who feels that their grief is having an impact on their physical, emotional or mental wellbeing. Available online and in person.

Individuals, and groups can access support, techniques, and resources that can help to bring more ease, and calm to their grieving process. Based in Tyne and Wear, UK.

1:1 Grief wellbeing and support –  Some of the techniques we will provide include; Grief coaching, Grief Meditations, Grief Movement,  Guided visualisation,  Breathwork, Mindfulness, Complementary therapies and more. 

Grief Wellbeing and Relaxation Classes – Available online or in person. These classes offer you the opportunity to feel supported, relaxed, and connected to other bereaved adults. Each class involves a combination of grief support, discussion, and learning the same techniques covered in 1:1 sessions.

1:1 and group: Relaxation, Mindfulness, and Meditation sessions – for any adult (bereaved or not bereaved)   With coaching, guidance and individualised support, you will  learn a range of techniques that can help you to develop and improve your health and wellbeing, aid relaxation or learn how to practice mindfulness and meditation.

Complementary Therapies –  Available in-person – (for adults)

I provide a wide range of complementary therapies that can help to reduce stress, induce calm, and improve your wellbeing. You can also combine the treatments with meditation, mindfulness or breathwork, depending on your needs.
