1:1 Grief Coaching (Online & In-Person) 
I support individuals experiencing all types of loss, including the death of a loved one, major life transitions, and cumulative or unresolved grief. Sessions provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space to process grief, build coping tools, and find meaning while honoring what has been lost.

My work is informed by both professional training and lived experience. I am a bereaved son who lost his mother, and I bring deep empathy while supporting people through many forms of loss—not just one story, but yours.

Grief-Informed Workplace Workshops & Talks
I partner with companies and organizations to create grief-informed, emotionally supportive workplaces. Services include tailored workshops, team trainings, and educational talks designed to help leaders and employees better understand grief, communicate with compassion, and support themselves and others through loss. All offerings are customized to meet the specific needs of each organization.

Life Coaching & Personal Growth Support
In addition to grief-specific work, I offer life coaching for individuals seeking clarity, direction, and growth. These sessions focus on goal-setting, reconnecting with your values, and working toward your full potential—especially for those navigating life after loss or major transitions.

My approach honors the reality that grief and growth often coexist, and that with the right support, it is possible to move forward with intention, purpose, and self-compassion.

I offer stand alone coaching sessions on Understanding Grief 101.   The majority of my practice is on Life Coaching as certified by Levin Life Coaching Academy.  Founder Nancy Levin who works closely with David Kessler agreed to my idea of adding an Understanding Grief 101 to all of my coaching models.  It is often quite revealing to clients how grief lives in the present but also in their shadows.

As a Soul Coach/Life Coach and Certified Grief Educator, I sit with people who wish to deepen their healing journey and live an authentic life.  After the death of a loved one, or other profound losses that can occur in life, a container of compassion and understanding and listening is key.  It is my heartfelt intent and privilege to provide this kind of space.  Together we walk through your journey with grief, at your pace.  Everyone’s journey is different and it’s important to honour that.   Also, when the time feels right for you, we might look at finding meaning and purpose in life, so that your inner peace and strength builds again.  There are a number of approaches in my medicine bag that will support you to alleviate some of the pain and suffering that we all experience when we are grieving and trying to make sense of life.

I work with people from all walks of life, who have experienced death, loss, trauma, addiction, relationship challenges, work and career as well as financial challenges and who are interested in gaining more understanding of who they are now, and who they are not, and what they want to create for their future. It is a path of exploration and self-compassion, along with acceptance and respect.

I am currently offering 1:1 coaching sessions at a sliding scale from $60 – $100 for 1.5 hr sessions via Zoom or in person. I do not turn people away due to lack of funds, please reach out and we can discuss alternatives.
