As a Certified Grief Coach & Grief Educator, I offer personalized support, guidance & tools to help people navigate the emotional & practical challenges of grief. I help people move forward, rebuild & learn how to create a life after loss. In addition to the death of a loved on, the losses that I help people with include divorce, job loss, career change, moving, empty-nesting & more. Grief coaching packages range from 3-12 months.

As a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist, I offer structured grief recovery coaching packages using an educational & evidence-based action program that helps people address unresolved grief through a step-by-step process. These programs include The Grief Recovery Handbook as a guide, 1-on-1 & group support, weekly check-ins & journaling prompts. Grief Recovery coaching packages range from 4-6 weeks.

I’m Heather — a grief educator, death doula, and conscious dying coach. I help people move through the raw, complicated landscape of loss with gentleness, clarity, and practical support.

My approach weaves together somatic tools, ritual, energy work, and real-world planning so that you feel both held and equipped as you navigate grief.

Whether in one-on-one sessions, group circles, or deeper guided courses, I’ll walk with you, not to fix you, but to help you find your footing again.

Sessions are held virtually.

Maureen Johnstone, founder of RavenTree Coaching, guides emerging and seasoned leaders, at all levels, to embrace their natural leadership style, getting clear on who they are and what they stand for, so they can create desired change in their life, work, and community.  And in this post pandemic world, workspaces are calling for leaders to be emotionally resilient and to cultivate emotionally resilient places of work.  Maureen works with leaders through an approach of incorporating emotional agility, neuroscience, positive psychology, story work and Brené Brown’s groundbreaking work around courageous leadership and shame resilience.

Maureen brings an emotion centred, grief and trauma-informed way of holding space and working with clients, in both individual and groups.
