I’m Nadija. I share my time between Ireland, France and Switzerland.

I am a fully certified Grief Educator by David Kessler and Grief.com.

I hold a double diploma in Hypnotherapy and Mind Coaching and have been fully trained by Susan Wallace from Hypnotherapy Business Academy (Dublin – Ireland). I have also been fully trained in online therapy. I am a multi award-winning hypnotherapist.

I am a GHR (General Hypnotherapy Register) and CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council) registered and accredited practitioner for Hypnotherapy and I am also a member of the IHR (Irish Hypnotist Register).

I am also fully certified end of life doula and trained with an accredited French training organization – INSTITUT DEUILS-DOULAS DE FIN DE VIE.

I am also a Reiki Healer and Reiki Master and have been fully trained by Michael Mannix, owner of the top ranked award-winning traditional Japanese reiki school Kiko Reiki Ryoho based in Dublin, Ireland.

I have also been training for a while now and have attended numerous advanced psychic and mediumship workshops as psychic work and mediumship require ongoing development.

I offer 1:1 sessions and group sessions,

As a multi award winning strategic hypnotherapist, mind coach, reiki healer, psychic-medium and intuitive development teacher and mentor, I incorporate a mind/body/spirit approach, covering the emotional impact as well as the physical and spiritual facets of grief, whenever needed.

I have personally experienced five difficult losses:

My father died of cancer when I was 9 and I only started grieving when I turned 35. And that loss affected my whole child and adult life!

My soulmate died of cancer when I was 27 years old only.

And I lost three close friends to suicide.

So, I have ‘lived experience’ of how it feels to be a bereaved daughter, partner and friend.

If you would like to work with someone who really understands what these losses feel like, together with my professional support using my different modalities whenever applicable, please get in touch.

For the time being, all the sessions are held either over zoom and I will also offer some in person sessions in France and Switzerland in the near future.

With over 20 years of experience, Lizi supports individuals, teams, and organizations to elevate their effectiveness, their impact, and their cultures. Her work includes individual and team coaching to culturally diverse populations, with an emphasis on DEI&B. She has provided over 3,500 hours of coaching in the USA and abroad, and trained in corporations (Roche, Propel, others) on courage-building skills, multicultural awareness, psychological safety, and communication skills. Lizi has experience in non-profit organizations, education, corporations, and in her private practice.

While very personable and accessible, Lizi will challenge you! In her practice, Lizi and her clients focus on the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, particularly around those who are holding clients back from living the life they dreamt to live.

Lizi has worked with adults, young adults, couples, and families. Working and supporting her clients has been a passion of hers; Lizi has also facilitated workshops around the world, to empower women to live their most authentic life.

What Lizi enjoys most about her work is the transformation. Coaching is a journey that allows you to move from point A to point B. This transformation occurs through a connection based on trust and respect, which allow coachees to show up, be their most authentic selves, and have a meaningful, positive and successful coaching journey.

Born in México, Lizi has lived in Israel and the USA and is trilingual (Spanish, English, and Hebrew). Her multicultural background and diverse work experience include working with multiple international organizations promoting diversity, inclusion, and equity of the Latinx Hispanic Community and other minority groups around the world. Lizi has facilitated workshops and lectures in the US, Mexico, Spain, Israel, Singapore, and others, culturally adapting the content as needed, and ensuring full value alignment – so participants can show up authentically and courageously.
