I offer my personal experience and training as a certified grief educator, life & grief coaching experience, energy practitioner, licensed holistic massage therapist, and years of integrating my loss from sudden death from suicide loss and death caused by an accident. Among client losses of stillbirths to working with clients whose children were murdered and many suicide loss survivors.

 Grief coaching is about having conversations about love. It would be my honor to hear from you and hear about your loss.

My goal, vision, and passion are to provide the highest level of education, experience, and insights into the often-unacknowledged rocky terrain of grief.  Your grief matters to me, and I will continue to provide a safe space for you with empathy, validation, and support.

As a certified Grief Educator by world-renowned renowned grief expert and my mentor David Kessler, I specialize in, helping individuals navigate the difficult process of grieving after a loss. As someone who has experienced loss myself, I understand firsthand how overwhelming and confusing it can feel. That’s why I am passionate about providing a safe and supportive space for my clients to work through their emotions, develop coping strategies, and find a path forward.

My approach is grounded in empathy, compassion, and non-judgment. I believe that everyone’s grief journey is unique and that there is no “right” way to grieve. My goal is to meet my clients where they are and support them in finding the tools and resources that work best for them.

Whether you are struggling with the loss of a loved one, a significant life change, or any other type of grief, I am here to offer guidance with my unique program “Grief and its 6 needs” and community to Heal Together(HTC) as you navigate this difficult terrain. Through one‑on‑one coaching, I support women of all ages as they move through profound life changes, helping them reconnect with their resilience and gently reclaim their peace, purpose, and power. I support women navigating both visible and unseen challenges—especially those carrying ongoing stress, responsibility, or grief while continuing to show up for others. Whether you’re managing the demands of work and family, supporting a loved one, or moving through your own health or life changes, coaching offers a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

My own journey includes the loss of a child to substance use disorder, the death of a parent and close friend, divorce, and major career transitions. These experiences deepen my empathy and inform the care I bring to this work, while always centering my client’s unique story, needs, and pace.

All coaching sessions are held via secure video conference, allowing me to support clients wherever they are in the world.
