With over 16 years as a Grief and Life Coach, I support people through both recognized and overlooked losses, including death, illness, caregiving, recovery, and major life transitions. Shaped by my experiences as a trauma survivor, kidney transplant recipient, and by losses related to suicide, substance use disorder, cancer,  Alzheimer’s disease, and others, I help people honor their grief and pain while learning to live well again.

I offer individual and group coaching and lead interactive workshops for businesses and organizations. I serve on the board of the International Coach Federation (ICF) San Francisco Bay Area Coaches, volunteer in my chuch and community, and continue to grow as a coach through continuing education programs and group experiences.

1:1 Grief Coaching (Online & In-Person) 
I support individuals experiencing all types of loss, including the death of a loved one, major life transitions, and cumulative or unresolved grief. Sessions provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space to process grief, build coping tools, and find meaning while honoring what has been lost.

My work is informed by both professional training and lived experience. I am a bereaved son who lost his mother, and I bring deep empathy while supporting people through many forms of loss—not just one story, but yours.

Grief-Informed Workplace Workshops & Talks
I partner with companies and organizations to create grief-informed, emotionally supportive workplaces. Services include tailored workshops, team trainings, and educational talks designed to help leaders and employees better understand grief, communicate with compassion, and support themselves and others through loss. All offerings are customized to meet the specific needs of each organization.

Life Coaching & Personal Growth Support
In addition to grief-specific work, I offer life coaching for individuals seeking clarity, direction, and growth. These sessions focus on goal-setting, reconnecting with your values, and working toward your full potential—especially for those navigating life after loss or major transitions.

My approach honors the reality that grief and growth often coexist, and that with the right support, it is possible to move forward with intention, purpose, and self-compassion.
