I offer 1:1 non-clinical somatic therapy and grief support sessions.  Through an attachment lens and somatic resourcing lets develop a practice of self-compassion and interconnectedness that has the capacity to hold you through these times. We’ll identify resources and relations; ancestral, more-than-human, imaginal, and somatic where you can deepen relationally and resource within.

With a somatic and trauma informed approach based in attachment science, we’ll work towards building relationships with sources of support, internally and externally, human and more-than-human that can companion you, and, when your ready, ferry you from once shore to the next.

As the Founder and CEO of Harbor Light Coaching LLC, I’m committed to providing transformational coaching to clients around the world.  I focus on helping clients find peace after a loss, divorce or illness.  Together, we’ll address your mindset, overcome the hurdles of grief, and complete what’s unfinished so that you’re empowered throughout your grief journey.  We’ll meet 2, 3 or 4 times per month, depending on your needs.  All meetings are virtual–via Zoom.  Group programs are also available.

I’m a life-long student and was studying psychology before turning my attention to coaching after seeing how quickly people were able to improve their lives through the process.  I am a proud graduate of Accomplishment Coaching, the World’s Finest Coach Training Program^TM, as well as the Grief Recovery Institute, an innovative training program in the world of grief.  I hold the Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF)  and earned a Master of Science degree in Communication from Walden University.  Most recently, I became a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach and a Certified Grief Educator.

I specialize in Grief Coaching because I know the power of it firsthand. I lost my sister in 2013 and had no idea how to deal with her sudden passing. I tried everything from therapy and support groups to acupuncture and seeing a Shaman. Grief coaching was the most effective and proactive method I found to deal with my grief and rebuild my life. I want to help others do the same.

I’m based in New York City with my husband, young daughter and sweet dog.  Coaching is my passion as well as my profession, and I would do it all day, if I could.  Fortunately, I have other responsibilities and joys in life, including taking care of my young daughter, traveling the world with my family, hiking, boxing, yoga and self-development.
