I employ a holistic, integrative, spiritually supportive approach where clients are met with unconditional positive regard, focused listening, and deep empathy. In my trauma-informed and grief-informed practice, clients experience a safe space from which to move forward at their pace. In November 2022, I tragically lost my sweet son, Alex, at the age of 33 to suicide. The weight of grief pulled me back into a dark spiral of depression and hopelessness, exacerbated by the social stigma surrounding mental illness-related deaths. I now specialize in supporting bereaved parents, suicide loss survivors, and parents grieving the loss of an adult child (and grandchildren) to estrangement.
