I am a Grief Support Specialist, Grief Educator, and Rebuilding & Resilience Coach specializing in helping people integrate grief, increase resilience, navigate secondary losses, and rebuild their lives with joy and purpose.

I offer workshops, groups, and one-on-one sessions where we create a map to help guide you on your path towards healing and learning to carry your grief as you move forward.

My primary focus is on the widowed community, parent loss, and the LGBTQ+ community, including facilitating grief groups and workshops specifically for widowed people and for LGBTQ+ people.

It is an honor and privilege to be invited to walk along side my clients for this phase of their grief loss journey. I have been a grief loss practitioner for over 20 years.

I work with the newly bereaved as well as those who are further along on their journey where the rumblings of change can be overwhelming.

No matter where you are on your journey, navigating change is the work that grief drops at your door.

I offer small groups, and individual sessions depending on what is desired and recommended. I have a list of workshops on my website and Link Tree that are very informative and helpful. I also offer a free 1/2 Discovery Call where we can explore working together.

With over 16 years as a Grief and Life Coach, I support people through both recognized and overlooked losses, including death, illness, caregiving, recovery, and major life transitions. Shaped by my experiences as a trauma survivor, kidney transplant recipient, and by losses related to suicide, substance use disorder, cancer,  Alzheimer’s disease, and others, I help people honor their grief and pain while learning to live well again.

I offer individual and group coaching and lead interactive workshops for businesses and organizations. I serve on the board of the International Coach Federation (ICF) San Francisco Bay Area Coaches, volunteer in my chuch and community, and continue to grow as a coach through continuing education programs and group experiences.
