I am a psychologist consultant and a Certified Grief Educator. I have worked in-person and online with individuals and groups since 2012. I work with children and adolescents from 10 to 18 years old and also work with adults. I am a co-founder of a peer support group for bereaved parents “Sled Zagubata” (After the Loss) in Bulgaria.

There is always hope. Individuals come to me seeking support for grief, anxiety, depression, divorce, coping skills, peer relationships, emotional disturbance, relationship issues and trauma disorders. I work providing the foundation to utilize the clients’ strengths and help them to reach their goals. Each case is different and individualized treatment to meet client’s needs is important. I offer a non-judgmental, compassionate, safe and confidential space.

As a bereaved parent I understand that the grief will always be with me and I understand and support better, people who as me have lost children and parents. I offer Education and Support group. I work with people in the process of divorce, people who have lost children or parents and people who have lost their work.

Grief can take many forms—whether it’s the loss of a loved one, a broken relationship, chronic illness, addiction, or the deep sorrow that comes with life transitions and trauma.

As a Certified Grief Educator with specialized training in EMDR, Trauma and Grief Component Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I offer compassionate, evidence-based care to help you process pain and begin to move forward at your own pace.

I provide one-on-one counseling and EMDR intensives for teens and adults in a virtual setting. My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and strengths-based. While I come from a Christian worldview, I respect your spiritual journey and will incorporate faith as much or as little as you prefer.

With over 20 years of experience supporting high-trauma populations—including those affected by addiction and complex loss—I understand the depth of grief and the courage it takes to seek help. I would be honored to support you as you navigate your path toward healing.

My specialty is in grief and loss. I also focus on trauma, anxiety, depression, and life changes/transitions. My approach is primarily person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, incorporating various psychotherapy approaches which include: CBT, Reality Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work, mindfulness, existentialism, and music therapy.

I am a Doctor turned Counselling Psychologist. I am trained in Primary and Advanced RECBT from Albert Ellis Institute, New York, Exposure therapy for Anxiety Disorders from  BECK Institute, Philadelphia, USA, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) from Morphic Minds, India and Certified as a Grief Therapist By David Kessler.

I provide one to one sessions for dysfunctional emotions and behavior like Depression, Anxiety, Anger, Procrastination etc
