I believe in the power of the counseling relationship as it can serve as a catalyst for individual insight, progressive change, and overall mental health wellness. I offer counseling from a Christian perspective if the client requests it, but also offer a judgment-free space for those who seek professional counseling. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) is also offered. I seek to help clients grow not only relationally (with themselves and others), but emotionally and spiritually too. I opened my own practice in January 2020 and see clients with a variety of mental health and substance abuse needs. Whether it is the loss of a loved one or the loss of a dream, grief is painful.
