I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been in this profession for over 14 years. My experience has been working with children, teens, and adults from different socioeconomic backgrounds and ethnicities. I feel passionate about providing support to help navigate imposter syndrome, first-generation challenges, stress management, work-life balance, and career issues. I have extensive experience working with clients facing grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, and parenting. I specialize in providing culturally competent and solution-focused psychotherapy. I am also a certified yoga teacher and I implement yoga with my clients.

I offer individual therapy for children, adolescents and adults.  I also offer family therapy, one-on-one grief support, and parenting support.  My services are currently virtual but if you are open to services in nature we can meet in person.

I am trained in Primary and Advanced RECBT from Albert Ellis Institute, New York, Exposure therapy for Anxiety Disorders from  BECK Institute, Philadelphia, USA, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) from Morphic Minds, India and Certified as a Grief Therapist By David Kessler.

I provide one to one sessions for dysfunctional emotions and behavior like Depression, Anxiety, Anger, Procrastination etc
