You find yourself isolating more and more. But grief needs to be witnessed. Here you will find a safe space to feel and heal. Liza Samuel (she/her/hers) is a Florida Board of Heath Registered Clinical Social Work Intern. She specializes in guiding people to find freedom from generational, childhood, historical, vicarious, and complex trauma. Liza is a highly successful EMDR and TIR-trained facilitator. She is a Certified Grief Educator committed to providing the highest level of grief support through education, experience, and insights into grief’s often unacknowledged rocky terrain. Liza trained directly with world-renowned grief expert David Kessler.

Grief exposes and opens us. Grief is fragile and vulnerable. Grief is overwhelming. Grief can leave us confused, numb, isolated, exhausted, questioning, angry, and curious. Grieving is a landscape that is so varied and vast, very personal and can change over time. Grief is part of the ebb and flow of life.

I have experienced grief. I have walked this path, and I will take it with you. It is important that grief is witnessed and attended to. I work with a diverse group of adults,  families and youth who are navigating grief, loss and trauma due to death or from stressful life events and life transitions.
