I am a licensed therapist with over 15 years experience.  I approach my work with clients from a trauma-informed perspective and bring a strong sense of compassion that is rooted in the belief that everyone’s pain is valid.  

I work extensively with grief and all of the complex emotions that can come up around any kind of loss or unwanted change.  Grief is a deeply personal and unique experience for everyone.  I work to help my clients feel seen and supported in their grief journey and never judged to be further along or somewhere other than exactly where they are.  

I specialize in helping my clients to understand and repair childhood wounds, heal from narcissistic parents and partners, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, grief, recovering from perfectionism and parenting.  A large focus of my practice is helping my client’s to develop self-compassion to better understand themselves, their reactions and their relationships.  I work to help people form a kinder and more loving relationship with themselves and to let go of self-criticism and move towards a place of love and self-acceptance.  

Therapy can be a deeply personal and rewarding experience and I believe that it is essential for you to feel comfortable, safe and understood by your therapist. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so that you can decide if I am a good fit for you.  I am currently only offering online session via phone or zoom.

I provide therapeutic support to bereaved individuals, parents, family members and friends.  Losses including infertility, miscarriage and infant loss.

I am a Neuro-Affective Relational Model (NARM®) Therapist trained in working with people who have experienced early developmental and relational trauma. I am also a Grief Certified Therapist; I understand grief and meet you where you are to support you through the heartbreak of loss to find healing and hope. I am trained in Somatic, Art, Jungian and Nature/Eco therapy modalities and incorporate them in our work together.
