Have you suffered overwhelming experiences that are too big for words? Maybe you believe what you are going through is too great a burden to share with others? Are you ready for your past to loosen it’s grip on your present, and future? With a background in hospital social work, I have been in the trenches and walked along side people dealing with the impossible. I am here, with no judgments, to hold a calm and nurturing space for you. It is possible to live in the present moment, without being blindsided by your emotions, and enjoy the relationships you want. My specialty areas include trauma, grief, and chronic illness.
I draw from a variety of approaches including EMDR, internal family systems and psychodynamic. With your history informing us, we will rely on our interactions in the therapy session to access and begin to repair the pain you are feeling. I am accepting new clients, with day/evening availability. I also offer EMDR intensives, which are 3+ hour sessions.
