1:1 Coaching

I help individuals navigate grief while building sustainable health and resilience. With education in grief coaching, grief education, and health coaching, I guide clients in honoring their losses, managing the various challenges, and rebuilding their lives with practical, compassionate strategies. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me walking my dog, writing, creating, and spending time with family, embodying the same principles of balanced living that support our health through life’s challenges. As a Crisis Counselor and Certified Grief Educator, I am currently accepting a few new clients for individual sessions. My work focuses on adults as they navigate bereavement, trauma, relationships, and coping with the ambiguity that surrounds our day-to-day life. I have an educational background in Clinical Psychology, so I understand how things like depression, anxiety, and other mental health diagnoses may influence your grief, relationships, and day-to-day life. The safety and privacy of my clients are my number one priority; I have worked with public figures in the past and maintain the highest degree of confidentiality. Due to the nature of my work, I accept a very small number of clients at a time to ensure I am able to provide ample support to those I am working with.

A crisis is defined by Oxford Languages as: “a time of intense difficulty, trouble, or danger.” If you are not sure if you are in crisis, I am still here to help and hold space for you.

I am also able to do public speaking, consulting or group work, typically around Grief, Crisis, Suicide, Anxiety, and Trauma.

Sessions will be done via Zoom; in person sessions in/around Central Massachusetts will be considered if there are extenuating circumstances. Rates available upon request.

Outside of my work, I enjoy all things theatre, spending time with my sweet dog, reading, Breathwork, and spending time with my friends and chosen family.
