Welcome! I am a Certified Spiritual Life Coach who helps people in grief, encompassing loss from the end of a relationship/divorce, associated loss due to illness, and loss of a loved one. I offer coaching sessions and packages with each being different, crafted and based on the individual’s needs. Sessions may include Reiki, Tarot Readings and Guided Meditation. I offer a 20 minute free consultation to serve as an introduction to each other, to expand on who I am and my approach and to see if our energies match and you feel this would be a good fit for you. The Angel Moms VIP Community

As a grieving mom, I know how important connection is, so I’ve created a beautiful healing space just for moms who are dealing with the devastation of child loss. In this private group, I facilitate group discussions, host guest speakers, arrange activities such as grief yoga and journaling exercises, and much more. It’s an opportunity to interact with other “Angel Moms”, form friendships, and come together for events (live or online).

As a widow I went on my own transformational journey, and navigating grief was so much harder than I’d expected. I help you to clarify the misconceptions holding you back, to understand what is and isn’t normal, to manage your emotions and give yourself permission to feel them and grieve your loss. As we work through your unique challenges I help compassionately guide you to a place where you can find that there is life after loss, that you can find meaning despite your pain and that hope for joy is a real possibility. Being able to hope is vital for reimagining your future without your loved one.

I provide compassionate non-medical support, guidance and education to individuals and families during one of life’s most inevitable yet sacred transitions; death. I offer emotional support, practical guidance and education around dying, death & grief.
