I offer coaching and grief education and support services one-on-one.  I also offer services in Spanish. Se habla espanol. I specialize in child loss and am a bereaved parent myself.

Paula Gaudet is a deeply intuitive coach serving her clients through a soul-centered leadership approach.  Prior to becoming certified in 2014 with the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), Paula was successfully supporting small business owners in accounting and business management.  Starting her career with her B.S. in business administration from CSUN (California State University, Northridge), she quickly found herself less interested in the numbers and more interested in the people.  Early in her career Paula met and worked with David Kessler in the ‘90s and since has worked and studied with many soul-centered  healers and change makers.  As a HSP (Highly Sensitive Person) and an Emotional Empath her nurturing nature helps her clients to heal and learn to thrive from a place of internal peace living in a balance of health and well-being. More recently hers studies on Trauma Healing through PESI courses provided by experts in the field J Eric Gentry and Frank Anderson, MD, have enhanced her knowledge and skills to better serve her clients needs.

Hello everyone, my name is Paula and I am happy to be able to offer both online and in-person coaching.  Back in the 90’s I had recently graduated college with a BS in business administration and thought I might become a CPA, a thought that was motivated only by practicality. I always knew it would be a placeholder career until I figured out my true calling.    I was working for a small accounting firm and I met David Kessler.  He was writing his first book back then and I was fascinated with his teachings and wisdom.  There were many things in life outside my then career that were far too attracting or obvious to ignore and I eventually changed careers and became a certified coach and now I happily teach soul-centered leadership. Along the way I have provided coaching for managers and teams some of my clients being within  the LA unified school district and the City of Pasadena.

I have an array of experiences and roles that might further  help to introduce me such as:

– I’m a mom of two beautiful young adults

– I navigated a divorce with everything I had and am proud of the expanded family we all share in love and respect

– I am blessed to care for my aging parents

– I have studied astrology and have a relationship with the planets that help and serve me and others. For any astrologer buffs out there I am a Aquarius sun, Capricorn moon, and a libra rising and I  have 7 planets in earth and many of the woman goddess asteroids conjunct them.

– I have discovered Dr Judith Orloffs and Dr Elaine Aron’s work and identify both as an Emotional Empath and an HSP

– Three of my family members died within a year and my deceased brother-in-law has supported me greatly post death.  I have found meaning after his death in taking positive actions and making changes to serve others

As I witness the recent amount of grief that those in my community are experiencing, I cannot ignore the need for healing and support.  And with that I am glad to offer my coaching services with an open heart and desire to serve. I look forward to sharing in the experience with you while you bridge the gap between what was and what is becoming by attending to the now.  As a Certified Grief Educator I am committed to providing the highest level of grief support through education, experience, and insights into the often unacknowledged rocky terrain of grief. 

Elana is one of a handful of Certified Financial Therapist™s in the US who solely focuses on financial therapy and coaching and also has a Certificate in Financial Planning®. She is also a Certified Grief Educator.

As a financial therapist, Elana helps clients with the emotional side of money as it relates to over or under-spending, clarity on financial goals, estate planning, inheriting money, being comfortable looking at and addressing their financial situation. As a result, her clients are able to take effective actions to achieve their financial goals and go from feeling avoidant to empowered about their finances.

Many of her clients also suffer from grief, which can have unique and profound effects on their feelings of identity, self-worth, and their relationship with money. Often people dealing with grief are in new situations where they must confront money matters directly, sometimes due to the loss of financial resources, sometimes related to inheritance, or other changes which can feel overwhelming and compound feelings of grief. Elana helps clients who are stuck in grief so they can both deal with money in a positive way and deal with their grief.
