I am a licensed clinical social worker offering behavioral health services to children and adults. I treat a full list of issues; however, my specialties include grief counseling, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and anger management.

I provide individual, group and family therapy specializing in the treatment of trauma and grief.

I have a master’s dress in Social Work with a focus on gerontology and am a licensed clinical social worker.  I also am a certified grief educator. I do strengths-based and cognitive behavioral counseling.  I will assist you in such areas as decision making, anxiety, depression, grief and loss. I do strengths-based and cognitive behavioral counseling and grief and loss support.  I specialize in work with individuals who have experienced trauma, and who have had late life transitions.  I often incorporate mindfulness practices during my sessions.
