I’ve been helping women through grief and loss, anxiety, compassion fatigue, high sensitivity, impostor syndrome, beginning and end-of-life transitions, and all kinds of other life changes for over twenty years. I take more of a spiritual counseling approach to psychotherapy, so most people who come to me are looking for something a little different. Depending on your needs, in addition to talking and listening, I may incorporate somatic release, guided meditation, mind-body practice, and/or traditional healing tools. Most important to me is that our work together gives you a sense of your own power to heal yourself. I am not here to fix anyone, but I am here to see your light when you may have trouble finding it.
