Some examples are loss of a job, relationship of any kind, moving to a new city, having a child, getting married, or divorced- basically anything that has changed in your life or changed your life. While the change can be positive or negative it brings up letting go of one thing to start a new thing. These changes bring up sadness, grief, and loss. Let’s recognize and honor their gifts.
