Extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, I specialize in addressing trauma, grief, fertility issues, and relationship struggles. My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to meet your unique needs. I utilize various modalities, including EMDR therapy, IFS/Parts Work, Sandtray, Attachment, CBT/DBT, EFIT, Solution-Focused, and Psychodrama therapies. Each day presents a new opportunity to rewrite our stories, and I am here to support you in that journey. I provide online, individual therapy for women who are grieving the death of a loved one. I have nearly 15 years of experience as a social worker and have helped many people heal from grief. I use a holistic approach that is tailored to each client. My goal is to help you remember the love more than the pain.
