As a Certified Grief Educator trained by David Kessler, I support those navigating grief through trauma-informed content available on my YouTube channel and website. My work combines evidence-based approaches with personal experience as the Modern Widows Club Advocate for Survivors of Suicide Loss.

I specialize in creating accessible media resources including:

– Trauma-informed yoga and meditation videos designed specifically for grief processing
– Breathwork practices for emotional regulation during grief
– Mindfulness techniques that support post-traumatic growth
– Creative healing approaches that combine movement with grief expression

My content stems from my own healing journey after losing my husband, a military veteran, to suicide, and developing PTSD. Rather than offering traditional counseling, I provide free, trauma-informed wellness resources that others can access at their own pace from home.

He has been teaching free mindfulness courses at the National Institute of Oncology in Hungary for 15 years.
He is hosting a meditation group both on-line and in person at the National Institute of Oncology in Hungary.

– Grief workshops are offered in-person and virtually.
Face-to-face sessions are conducted at either the facilitator’s discretion or the group leader’s discretion.

The facilitator is willing to travel within a 30-mile radius of Manhattan, Kansas.

-Workshops are offered on a specific topic, for example, “Overcoming the Death of a Spouse, “Understanding Grief and Loss, or Stress Management.” Workshops are offered for 1 or 2 hours.

– Available for late morning and evenings, arranged at a central standard time.

-Payment arrangements made before presentation(s)

Group Rates: $25/hour for a group of up to 5 attendees, $40/hour for a group of 6-12 attendees.

Individual Rate: $15/hour
