I offer peer to peer grief support.

I am willing to sit with you, listen to you and provide resource information. Additionally I am available to  support those who love someone grieving and are feeling uncertain as to how best to do so.

Zoom or In Person preferred but I will do a phone call if necessary.

I facilitate Grief Retreat/Vigils/Rituals from 2 or 3 hours to day long events.

Additionally I have trained with Francis Weller, PhD (author of ‘The Wild Edge Of Sorrow’) to become a Grief Ritual Tender.

I am currently not charging for my support.

I have been a meditation leader for many years and also utilize a meditative art form called Zentangle®

Harmz (Ethereal Wings) – Intuitive Pet Grief Companion & Energy Healer (Australia)

I offer intuitive, heart-led grief support for people who’ve lost a soul pet and feel like no one truly understands what that kind of loss does to you. My work isn’t about fixing or moving on — it’s about creating space for your grief.

Through intuitive presence, energy healing, and a modality called the Compassion Keys (self compassion), I help you find steadiness inside the storm of grief. This work is grounded in lived experience — I know what it’s like to have your world collapse when your animal dies. I’ve been there.

I lost my first cat, Shiva, in 2007 — the loss that began Ethereal Wings. In 2024, my five-year-old tuxedo cat, Charlie, died suddenly at the age of 5. His passing shattered me open — and from that heartbreak, this work was born.

This is not therapy. It’s a space where your grief is witnessed, your nervous system supported, and your bond with your pet honoured — without judgment, pressure, or the need to explain yourself.

Ways to work with me:

🌿 Emergency Pet Grief Session (1.5 hour session)
For when the loss has just happened or the pain feels too heavy to bear. This gentle 1:1 session offers immediate emotional support and grounding to help you stabilise, breathe, and begin to process the shock of losing your pet. A compassionate space to be witnessed, held, and supported through the first waves of grief.

🌿 Intuitive Pet Grief Companion Session (75–90 min sessions)
A gentle, heart-led 1:1 Zoom session for those navigating the deep ache of losing a pet. This is a safe space to talk, cry, and be fully seen in your grief — without judgment or pressure to move on. Each session blends intuitive guidance, presence, energy healing (if you wish), and optional ritual, guided entirely by what your heart needs most.

🌿 6-Week Pet Grief Journey (6x 75–90 min sessions)
A gentle, guided 1:1 journey for those needing deeper, ongoing support after losing a pet. Over six weekly sessions, we move at your natural pace — creating space for reflection, emotional release, and spiritual reconnection. Includes light email support between sessions and optional energy or ritual work, held with compassion and intuitive presence throughout.

Sessions are held 1:1 via Zoom and available worldwide. (Times are listed in Melbourne, Australia timezone)

This work is for the ones who still feel the absence in their bones — the ones who want to be met, not managed.
